As of August 17, 2024 it is required that you, as my tenant client, and me, as the Realtor® assisting you, have a signed tenant agency agreement in place prior to touring any homes.

I often get asked, "How much do you charge for assisting with rentals?" The firm requests a reasonable commission which we will first request be handled by the landlord or owner, but it may be the responsibility of the tenant. Our tenant agency agreement will cover all the details. Commission amounts are negotiable between the Realtor® and the tenant client.
