First time buyer? Sure, the process may seem overwhelming, and, yes, there can be quirky challenges. I assist many first time home buyers and love walking them through the process and seeing the excitement they show when we get to closing day.  Fear not- you're in good hands.

As of August 17, 2024 it is required that you, as my buyer client, and me, as the Realtor® assisting you, have a signed buyer agency agreement in place prior to touring any homes.

There has been a lot of talk recently about Realtor® commissions. The firm requests a reasonable commission which we will first request be handled by the seller, but it may be the responsibility of the buyer. Our buyer agency agreement will cover all the details.  Commission amounts are negotiable between the Realtor® and the buyer client.
